William McCormick is a highly experienced healthcare professional with comprehensive skills in strategic planning, sales, operational management and implementation. Throughout his professional career, he has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in the highly competitive healthcare industry.  William has a proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.

With a master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in healthcare administration, “Bill” has traveled extensively serving clients in many facets of healthcare operations. Prior to entering the behavioral health industry, Bill operated one of Florida’s most successful medical equipment and home infusion pharmacy businesses which he sold to a national drug chain in 2002.

In the community, Mr. McCormick served as president of the Fort Lauderdale Branch NAACP where he championed the causes of justice, equality and job creation for local citizens. He was widely known as the civic leader who petitioned Governor Jeb Bush and received approval for the “first time in Florida’s history”, the extension of time for polls during the 2002 presidential election. William has been recognized by numerous organizations for his outstanding service and contributions throughout the United States and has recently been placed on the Florida Memorial University Board of Trustees.

Currently, William McCormick  serves as chief operating officer for Medivance Billing Service, where since his appointment, client net collections has exceeded over $160 million dollars.

Daniel Gemp has been the President and CEO of Dreamscape Marketing since its founding in 2005.  Dreamscape is a leading provider of professional business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing strategy, patient acquisition marketing, and custom digital campaign development for addiction treatment providers.  While at Dreamscape, Dan has originated custom strategies for the effective implementation of internet and search marketing as well as social/mobile advertising campaigns.  He maintains consultative focus on extremely efficient and proprietary search engine optimization techniques focused on Return-On-Investment driven methodologies and metrics.  A graduate of Villanova University’s school of business, Dan applies financial modeling and international experience to Dreamscape’s campaigns to consult partners on a cost-per-action model.  Dreamscape engineers and develops custom solutions for small to large treatment centers and recovery service providers with targeted research, products, and content-centric campaigns that result in new revenue streams, increased brand awareness, implementation of new lead development systems, and direct sales activation.  With the rise of the burgeoning mobile web/app market, Dan has also positioned Dreamscape as a thought leader on system design and mobile advertising.


Jason Brian

Jason Brian is the founder and CEO of Redwood Recovery Solutions’ family of brands and  He started his career in the automobile industry following high school and was quickly catapulted from sales into corporate management for Ford Motor Company, then oversaw marketing efforts for Chrysler dealers across the South Eastern United States.  Applying his unique gifts and skills to service the automotive industry from a new perspective, he launched in July of 2008 at the age of 20. After almost 6 years and the launches and a few sales of several new companies, Jason's companies generated combined revenues in excess of eighty million dollars in that time period, managing more than 400 employees and servicing every major manufacturer of automobiles and every major insurance carrier in the country.  Through the rapid and ongoing growth of his companies', Jason's heart for helping those in need grew and continues to find outlets for giving back as he has contributed his time and resources to organizations like the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Place of Hope, the American Cancer Society, Adopt a Family, World Vision, Charity Water, the American Heart Association, and Cleveland Clinic, many of which he sits on boards for or has chaired events on their behalf.  Jason regularly speaks on topics such as entrepreneurship and philanthropy and has received credit and recognition in many home and national media outlets like Forbes, Yahoo finance, and MSNBC.  You can find Jason every Sunday, at the same place he's been every Sunday since 2006 – leading the music program at his church in Juno Beach.
