Lisle, Ill. - Victor Treatment Centers and Victor Community Support Services (Victor), leaders in child and family services and one of California's most recognized Community Based Organizations (CBO) has selected Sequest to automate, enhance and support the services that have made them a leader in their industry.

Victor conducted an extensive review and selection process that targeted more than eight software companies before the selection of Sequest. The selection process allowed the Victor staff to explore the software and experience first hand the ease of use and clinician centric flow of the TIER Workflow System. A critical aspect of the demonstration/selection was the advanced capabilities of TIER's treatment planning processes and its powerful billing module.

Bill Connors, Sequest's CEO commented, "I am excited to start our work with Victor Family of Services. Their selection process allowed me to get a good insight into their people, work and vision-all of which I saw as very much in line with Sequest. Their industry expertise will profoundly enhance our TIER application and Sequest".

Victor Administration reaches throughout California, helping thousands of individuals and families deal with their unique challenges every day and inspiring hope for the future.

"After several years of planning and evaluating the need to move forward in an ever evolving landscape of EHR technology, Sequest presented to Victor a solution that would give us the ability to adapt and grow in the ever-changing world of behavioral healthcare and provide us the most advanced, yet simple, tools to provide more excellent services to our clients, provide staff the opportunity to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness, and minimize our audit risk through the utilization of the "Golden Thread" concept," noted John Helvey, Victor's director of IT.

"Moreover, Sequest presented a solution that fit well with our current internal flow, and has the ability to adapt as we add new funding stream models, programs, and as County/State/Federal requirements evolve. Sequest has presented themselves as a partner with Victor and they are always looking for solutions to whatever our need is."
