ResCare, a private provider of disability and home care services, has acquired Noble Care Corporation, a provider of community-based residential services to adults with mental illness and cognitive disabilities, according to M&A advisory firm VERTESS.

Tucson-based Noble Care Corp. provides services for developmentally disabled, elderly and behavioral health populations in five group home settings, as well as with a day program and  in-home/respite services. It fits with the ResCare portfolio of residential and support services, education and job placement.
