MindLinc-Duke selected to provide EHR to ACaP, adds call center functionality

MindLinc-Duke, a behavioral healthcare Electronic Health Record (EHR) technology provider, has announced that Arkansas Counseling and Psychodiagnostics (Arkadelphia, AR) selected MindLinc as their comprehensive behavioral health EHR solution.

“We were impressed with the flexibility and dynamic nature of this system.  It will make us more productive and aid in our accuracy, data retrieval and compliance needs,” said Roselle Roberson, Chief Executive Officer of Arkansas Counseling and Psychodiagnostics (ACaP).

MindLinc-Duke adds Call Center functionality

Additionally, MindLinc-Duke has announced its release of new Call Center functionality to support its customers in managing crisis calls, referrals and marketing.

MindLinc’s call center functionality provides customers with the tools for their call center staff to effectively and efficiently capture and log caller data, evaluate and triage, and manage referrals and marketing.

 “We are pleased to add this feature to help out behavioral health providers. MindLinc’s easy-to-use interface streamlines the telephone interview process for call center staff with call logs for callers that may call multiple times, a referral management database for easy access and referral management, and reporting to help track and manage calls, referrals and marketing efforts,“ Garlock said.
