A Tennessee residential addiction treatment facility and an outpatient and extended-care provider in the state have joined forces in a merger, effective July 1. Taft-based Magnolia Ranch Recovery, which offers inpatient rehabilitation, announced the merger with Murfreesboro-based Tulip Hill Recovery, which provides intensive outpatient and aftercare services with case management.

Magnolia Ranch Recovery maintains a caseload of no more than four patients per therapist in its inpatient program. It offers services in a step-down treatment structure that keeps caseloads from increasing significantly, according to a statement from the company.

Tulip Hill Recovery's services include gender-separate sober living facilities, staffed in part by gender-specific house managers.

The Treatment Center Investment & Valuation Retreat brings together owners and senior executives from the addiction treatment and recovery community to meet with key members of the investment and financial community for an exclusive three-day educational, business, and networking event.
