Ownership of addiction treatment provider Lakeview Health, based in Jacksonville, Fla., has changed hands. Private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners completed the deal to sell the organization to The Riverside Company.

An in-network provider, Lakeview has two facilities with 273 beds that provide medical detox, intensive inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services. Additionally, it offers dual-diagnosis treatment as well as a family program.

Roy M. Serpa will continue to serve as president and CEO of Lakeview.

Trinity Hunt acquired Lakeview in December 2012 and completed a $27.9 million campus renovation and construction project. According to the deal announcement, Riverside will grow Lakeview organically and through add-on acquisitions.
