Private equity firm BelHealth Investment Partners has finalized a deal to acquire Beach House Center for Recovery with facilities in Palm Beach County, Florida. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Launched in 2014, Beach House provides detox, residential and outpatient care, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and 12-Step programs. Aftercare and family programs are also available. Founder Glenn Cohen, who is a person in recovery, will continue to serve as CEO.

“Our plan is to scale the existing platform via capacity expansion and other organic growth  opportunities on the existing campus in Juno Beach,” said Cohen in a statement. “In addition, we plan to open de novo facilities focused on MAT treatment offerings while also scanning the country for strategic add-ons in key geographies.”

The Treatment Center Investment & Valuation Retreat brings together owners and senior executives from the addiction treatment and recovery community to meet with key members of the investment and financial community for an exclusive three-day educational, business, and networking event.
