BayMark Health Services has acquired Private Clinic, its second opioid treatment program in Columbus, Ga., bringing its total portfolio up to 77 locations across 22 states. The organization is backed by private equity firm Webster Capital.

Private Clinic will now operate under the MedMark Treatment Centers brand, which has an existing location in the area. MedMark provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction and dependency in combination with addiction counseling and behavioral therapies.

In July, BayMark Health Services announced it had acquired Valley Alliance Treatment Services in Morgantown, W.Va., its first opioid treatment center in the state. The facility is also operating under the MedMark brand. And in February, BayMark completed its acquisition deals for AppleGate Recovery and Coleman Institute—two medication-assisted treatment providers—located in Louisiana and Texas.
