Elements Behavioral Health—rumored to be for sale itself—has acquired Park Bench Group Counseling, located in Southeastern New Jersey. Founded in 2006, Park Bench provides day treatment and intensive outpatient services, including an individualized aftercare program.

Robin Barnett, CEO of Park Bench, said in a statement that Elements is a suitable buyer “because of its commitment to retaining the culture and identity of our program.” David Sack, CEO of Elements Behavioral Health, said in a statement that the founders of Park Bench “have created a comprehensive and highly effective clinical program."

Elements Behavioral Health Elements acquired its first program, Promises Treatment Centers, in February 2008. Today, its network includes Promises Treatment Centers, The Ranch, The Sexual Recovery Institute, Right Step, Journey Healing Centers, The Sundance Center, Lucida Treatment Center, Clarity Way, COPAC and The Recovery Place.
