Buffalo, N.Y. — Celerity LLC, a software provider for chemical dependency and mental health treatment providers, has added their second partner in Florida, ICM Associates, Inc.

ICM joins long-time partner Recovery First in using Celerity’s flagship software, CAM, as their electronic medical record to assist them in saving more lives by significantly reducing the amount of time spent on paperwork.

CAM was developed specifically for the needs of alcohol, drug and mental health treatment providers. Celerity’s CAM enables providers to maintain all records electronically in a low-cost and highly effective manner, from the first point of contact through discharge and billing.

The flexibility and user friendly interface makes Celerity an attractive choice for providers.

ICM was founded by Kate Caravella and Meg Bernard in 2001 in response to the growing need for professional intervention specialists and to assist the many individuals planning to start their recovery process in South Florida.

Kate and Meg are sisters and the company remains a family owned and operated firm. Both Kate and Meg have maintained reputations within the community as being highly skilled, compassionate, and experienced intervention specialists and case managers. They are headquartered in Maderia Beach and have offices in Boca Raton and Delray Beach.

"Nobody goes into this profession to have a majority of their time spent doing paperwork," noted Peter Labaki, President and CEO of Celerity LLC. "We are dedicated to helping providers do what they do best, saving lives. To be able to expand our footprint in Florida and play a small role in helping ICM Associates improve their already high level of care is a tremendous honor.”
