By fall, American Addiction Centers (AAC) will move its headquarters and call center operations to a 102,000-square-foot building in Brentwood, Tenn.—the former Tractor Supply Co. headquarters. AAC’s current home base is 21,800 square feet of office space and is located just over a mile away.

“We have been in the market for some time to secure enough space to accommodate our current growth pace as well as plan for what we are anticipating in the future,” said Michael Cartwright, chairman and CEO of AAC, in a statement. “We look forward to the much larger space to continue scaling our call center operations and expanding our training facilities as well as having the flexibility to quickly scale up operations to address new opportunities.”

He also said keeping the new space close to the current office will ease the transition. The day of the announcement, AAC stock continued to trade on pace at about $30 per share.
