Bush's Radio Address on Substance Abuse

I was surprised to learn that the President's weekly radio address on Sunday discussed substance abuse. I thought I would have heard about this, as SAMHSA issues many press releases. Anyhow, you can read it online. I'm surprised he did not talk about his own history of substance use. As I mentioned in my February editorial, the presidential candidates have not given this important issue the attention it requires, so it's at least heartening to see the President address it. But radio is so 20th century; You Tube would have been a more effective medium (but then I guess it wouldn't be called a "radio address" :).
