Behavioral health organizations are revising their operational strategies in order to deliver integrated healthcare services in the post reform era. These organizations are transitioning from delivering segmented services to delivering integrated healthcare services that holistically treat the individual by addressing co-occurring conditions. In this case study, Dr. Raj Mandrelle from the Association for Individual Development (AID) discusses the Association’s strategy for transforming the organization in order to deliver integrated healthcare services.
