He also manages strategic relationships and new business opportunities, and is responsible for developing alliances with key industry associations. Scalia joined Netsmart in December 2002, and prior to moving to his current position he served as Netsmart's vice president of operations.

Kimberly K. McClanahan, Ph.D., the regional community behavioral health center responsible for the provision of behavioral health care to people in ten counties in northeastern Kentucky. Dr. McClanahan is a native Kentuckian and was raised in Bracken County. She resides in Ashland, Kentucky.

Dr. McClanahan was granted a Ph.D. in Clinical-Social Psychology from the University of Maine at Orono, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Morehead State University, Morehead, Kentucky. She is a Clinical Psychologist and Health Service Provider and holds licensure with the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. She is certified by the Kentucky Sex Offender Risk Assessment Advisory Board, the Kentucky Board of Certification of Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and is registered with the National Registry of Certified Group Psychotherapists.
