Houston — For the second year in a row, TRS Behavioral Care, Inc., owner of 20 Right Step and Spirit Lodge, has earned a coveted position on the “Houston Fast 100” list which ranks Houston’s leading growth companies. Selection criteria include gross revenue increase, philanthropic endeavors, milestone achievements, industry innovations, and overcoming business challenges.

Houston Business Journal will celebrate Fast 100 honorees at an award ceremony on Friday, September 23, 2011, 11:00 am - 1:30 pm, Hilton Americas Houston Hotel, 1600 Lamar. It will also publish the list in a special section of its business publication that same day.

“Despite the economy, TRS has continued to grow both financially and in terms of accomplishments during the past two fiscal years,” said George Joseph, chief executive officer of TRS since 1994. “We have opened new centers and expanded services despite the increased unemployment rate which equates to fewer people with insurance to cover treatment. I attribute much of our success to the 96+% approval ratings we receive from clients upon discharge from our treatment facilities,” Joseph said.
