House of Charity’s Day by Day outpatient program for men and women offers a total quality of life approach to co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency treatment.  Program components include: group therapy, individual and family counseling, psychotherapy, chemical health assessment, mental health evaluation and integrated dual-diagnosis case management.  The curriculum is based on the Hazelden Experiential Learning Program.

Additional supports available at House of Charity include transitional and permanent supportive housing for those experiencing long-term homelessness and daily meals for transitional housing residents and the public.

Peter Labaki, President of Celerity LLC stated, "The thing that separates us from others is that we are a treatment company.  We are deeply committed to helping providers save lives.  The reception we have received by the treatment community in Minnesota has been overwhelming.  I consider us fortunate to work with so many very fine people that are dedicated to helping others.”
