Marshall Millikin has been named executive director of The Ranch treatment center in Tennessee, an Elements Behavioral Health property. Millikin previously served on its founding board of directors.

The Ranch offers primary, gender-separate treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sex and intimacy disorders, eating disorders and bipolar disorder.

“I was drawn in by the center’s trauma-based approach, which addresses underlying issues and core problems that can fuel mental health issues and emotional disorders,” said Millikin in a statement. “There are very few facilities that are so successful at blending evidence-based models of therapy with highly effective alternative therapy-based strategies.”

His experience includes a 12-year tenure with Onsite Workshops and a seven-year association with CRC Health Group. Most recently, he has been working with addiction and behavioral healthcare companies, providing management consulting and training, executive recruiting, and the development of residential facilities and intensive outpatient programs.
