Breaking: 38 die in Moscow psychiatric hospital fire

Officials deny that sedatives or restraints prevented patients from escaping

Breaking News: According to the Associated Press, 38 patients, most of them seriously mentally ill and some under sedation, died in a fast-moving, early morning fire in a psychiatric care facility located near Moscow, Russia. Sources said that although many patients were taking medications, including some sedatives, none were physically restrained. Two doctors were among the dead.
