Brief profiles of the eight agencies who filed the emergency appeal in the US Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals

As of July 31, the status of eight agencies who filed an emergency appeal with the Tenth Circuit Court is as follows. The eight agencies listed are among 15 agencies whose Medicaid payments are being held by the New Mexico Human Services Department due to “credible allegations of fraud.”
